• Canvases wrapped in acid-free paper + bubble wrap.
• Packed in double-walled boxes with corner protection.
• Dispatch within 3–5 business days after order.
• Tracking provided by Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

• Europe: 5–10 working days
• Worldwide: 7–21 working days

• International orders typically arrive within 7–21 working days, depending on destination and customs.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or local taxes.
• Tracking details will be emailed once your artwork has shipped.
• If your order arrives damaged, please email photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

• As each artwork is handmade and unique, returns are only accepted if:
  
• The item arrives damaged, or
• An incorrect item was sent.
  
• Refunds must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom or commissioned artworks are non-returnable.

• We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
• Transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

• We only collect personal information necessary to fulfil your order (name, address, email).
• Payment details are handled securely by our payment processor — we do not store card details.
